Your dilution, locked in

Fusion metering tips let you customize every output on the dispenser precisely. Each tip has a different orifice size. The bigger the opening, the more concentrate is drawn into the water stream, so swapping a tip changes the ratio. The dispenser then delivers at your specification every time.

Water pressure varies from building to building, so the same tip can produce slightly different ratios at different sites. The fix is simple. Start with the recommended color, run a volume test, and step up or down one tip until you hit the target. Write the final tip color on the cabinet door so the next technician doesn't have to guess.

Starting points from the product specification sheet. Your water pressure affects the final ratio, so lock in the tip that hits the target, confirm it with a volume test, and write the tip color on the cabinet door.

How to set a tip

  1. Shut off water to the dispenser and remove the product pickup line from the output you're changing.
  2. Thread the selected tip into the product inlet hand-tight.
  3. Reconnect, then dispense into a measured container and check the ratio: concentrate drawn vs. total solution.
  4. Adjust up or down one tip size if needed, and record the final color on the cabinet door.
